He came through with an EXTREMELY THOROUGH inspection, complete with pics pointing out where the home needs attention. All was emailed. This company explained exactly what they were going to do, how they were going to execute, when to expect them. They delivered in all three areas. They provide precise pictures of house, pictures of trouble areas, and wrote a very detailed report. He took (very clear) pictures where needed to explain his concerns. His report was provided within 24 hours of inspection. After reviewing report in detailed with me and asking me what I would like to request repairs on, he provided a separate report to inform seller of my concerns and repair requests. Job well done

The inspector was very courteous and really knew his stuff. Was very open to answering my questions. He even called roof installers to find out about what turned out to be a "failing" roof shingle that was installed on the roof of the house i was looking at. Overall a very good experience, decently priced, GREAT DEAL, would recommend to anyone looking for a home inspector.

I chose First Look Home Inspection Service to inspect a home that I am purchasing from another state. The inspection was performed immediately and the results were e-mailed to me within a few hours of completion. The e-mailed report was in PDF format and incredibly thorough and detailed with high quality photos and professional recommendations. I can't imagine anyone doing a better job than this, honestly. I would highly recommend this service to anyone needing a home inspection.
